The absence of catholic problem-there is no plan issued from magisterium- seems to becaused by a radically manly way of viewing the feminine ministry : actually it is contemplated only in the scope of a male ministry , priesthood. What in the point of thinking about it in that way or being chronically opposed to any solution in this perspective ? It's impossible for a woman to have access to priesthood ordained ministery because ordained ministery act in persona Christi capitis for and on behalf of Christ-Tête Blind belief and symbolism cannot go together with disrespect of this fundamental notion .

Even if a deacon is an icon of the Christ servant, he still takes part in sacerdotal ministry. The order of deaconesses was a specific order to woman with its own investiture ceremony, its duty, its liturgical dress without any possible extension to priesthood. Its restoration must go to that effect. A solemn consecration with hands imposed by the bishop would place the women asking for it in a permanent state of serving the Church and the poor.

Singles, widows or married women could be invested if their availability and their abilities were considered sufficient. Unlike permanent women in pastoral, they wouldn't be employed by the bishop because their professional skills, turned towards charity services, would make the self sufficient like male deacons. Their functions would be very close of a deacon with the inspiration their feminity would bring them. They will find in Mary at the wedding at Cana the source of their calling In this episod, with Jesus tacit agreement, Marytakes part in Her Mission .Mary's ministry appears there in its fullness. With and through Her Son she gives God's tenderness to the world, she shows the Father to the world, and delivers the uncompromissing obedience orders to His word. But this ministry couldn' be realized without separation and sacrifice.

Mary is the instigator of women's creativity and emotionnal warmth.

...On the third day a marriage took place in Cana of Galilee and the mother of Jesus was there. And Jesus and his disciples were also invited to the marriage. And being short of wine, the mother of Jesus said to Him : they have no wine. Jesus said to Her, What is that to Me and to you , woman ?
My hour has not yet come. His mother said to the servants." Whatever He says to you, do. Ant they were six stone waterpots according of the purification of the Jews, each containing two or three mesures .
Jesus sait to them, fill the waterspots with water. And they filled them to the top.And he said to them : Now draw out and carry to the master of the feast. And they carried it. But when the master of the feast tasted the water that had become wine, and did not know from where it was, but the servants drawing the water knew, the master of the feast called the bridegroom and said to him :Every man first sets the good wine and they have drunk freely, then the worse. You have kept the good wine until now. This beginning of the miracles Jesus did in Cana of Galilee. And it revealed His glory and His disciples believed in Him.(Jn, II, I,12.)

In view of the drastic decrease of the number of priests (Especially in Eastern Europe) women must be immediately mobilized around a project which could energize them and which would be authorized by the Holy See as it doesn't belong to the priesthood. A woman doesn't replace a priest but generates sacerdotal vocations.
I want to entrust God's Mother with the idea of an association of laymen which would be called : "L'Association Notre Dame de Cana."Its purpose would be to get the public opinion used to the possible diaconal consecration of women and to recruit members.
The accession of women to Church, isn't it one of good Pope John's XXIII prophetic intuitions ?
In Galilee in the past, women were loved by Jesus and helped Him in His mission.
